Duration? All walks last just under 2 hours, unless otherwise stated.
Cost of Public Walks? Most walks cost £8 per person and are payable at the time of booking. If a different rate applies to a specific walk it will be stated on our website.
Where is the meeting point? The meeting point for the walk and the nearest tube station will be emailed to you on receipt of your booking.
Where will the walk finish? The nearest tube station to the final stop will be provided in your confirmation email.
Accessibility? Most walks involve walking along pavements and avoid steps and steep inclines wherever possible so are suitable for wheelchair users. If you have any questions about a specific walk please contact us to discuss your requirements further as most walks can be easily adapted.
Booking a public walk? If you would like to attend one of our public walks please book with by 21:00 the day before. We will email you with the meeting point on reciept of your booking.
Why do I need to book? We take bookings to ensure that maximum group sizes are usually about 20 people to enable everyone to see and hear everything clearly. If a particular walk is very popular we will endeavour to arrange a second walk so no one who wants to attend will miss out.
Do walks take place regardless of the weather? Walks will take place in most cases except extreme weather conditions such as heavy snow. We will notify you of any changes so providing a contact number at time of booking would be useful.
Insurance? We have public liability insurance. However participants are responsible for their own personal safety and those of any children who attend with them.
